National Asphalt and Concrete Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
•Develop comprehensive project repair plans, outlining the scope, schedule, and budget for asphalt and concrete projects on both a local and national scale.
•Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, contracts, and quality standards.
Resource Management:
•Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
•Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to secure and administer high-quality materials within contractual budget constraints.
Team Leadership:
•Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Quality Assurance:
•Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the delivery and installation of high-quality asphalt and concrete projects.
•Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
•Track material tonnage slips and ensure material amount being installed directly mirrors the agreed upon contract.
Risk Management:
•Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
•Proactively address challenges and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
Client Communication:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
•Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive client relationships.
Regulatory Compliance:
•Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local, OSHA, state, and national regulations related to asphalt and concrete construction projects.
Budget Oversight:
•Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Continuous Improvement:
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the asphalt and concrete project management framework.
•Implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
