Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mud Pump Technician located in Midland, TX. The Mud Pump Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mud pumps. This includes performing inspections, replacing parts, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role also involves working closely with field crews to provide technical support and ensure optimal performance of drilling operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mud pumps

- Knowledge of oil and gas industry safety standards and protocols

- Strong mechanical and technical skills

- Ability to work in demanding environments and manage field-based tasks

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system knowledge is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous

- 2+ years of relevant work experience
