Overview

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and adhere to industry codes and standards. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding various metal components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

- Operate MIG welding equipment to weld metal components according to specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

- Assemble parts and components using appropriate welding techniques.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all welding processes.

- Proper use of hand powered tools

- Utilize power tools and sheet metal fabrication techniques as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.

- ability to read a tape measure arcuately.

- operate a saw

Skills

- Proficient in MIG welding techniques with a solid understanding of various welding codes and standards.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

- Strong basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

- Familiarity with operating power tools safely and effectively.

- Knowledge of sheet metal work is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.

- Aluminum Mig welding is a plus.

- operating a forklift is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
