This job entails constructing metal products with precision in a production type environment.
- Ability to safely lift up 50 lbs. occasionally and 75 lbs. rarely
- Have knowledge and ability to set up and run a MIG welding machine
- Must be able to both read and comprehend blueprints
- Must be able to read measuring equipment accurately
- Must be able to accurately count, record and keep track of parts
- Quality Control - check your work, if issues are spotted, know how to fix them
This includes checking tolerances regularly throughout the entire job
- Keep a clean, organized and safe work area
- Ability to use hand-tools - safely (Hammers, Pliers, Wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to safely use machinery (ex: Band Saw, Cold Saw, Iron Worker, Shear)
- Ability to operate Overhead / Jib Crane safely
- Ability to operate Plasma Torch / Oxy Acetylene/Propane Torch
- Fork Lift operation experience and certification or willingness to be trained
- Must be able to provide your own weld helmet and hand tools
- Desire to be part of and strive in a positive and driven team environment with the ability to work alone
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to follow direction and exhibit good judgment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
