We are looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in our shop, working directly on the custom carts, dollies, and equipment we manufacture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in their craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding and fabrication on steel components and assemblies

- Operate fabrication equipment (cut-off saws, grinders, drills, plasma cutters, etc.)

- Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and shop plans

- Assist in assembling and fitting custom carts, dollies, and frames

- Ensure welds and finished products meet quality and safety standards

- Collaborate with the shop team to meet production timelines

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator (MIG welding required)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Must be able to lift heavy parts and materials as required

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team

- Previous experience in manufacturing, custom fabrication, or equipment building preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
