Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mid-to-Senior-Level CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. This role is essential to shaping and forming precise components used in a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and shape metal sheets and plates

- Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings

- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment and process issues

- Assist in fabricating components using hand tools, CNC machines, and other equipment as needed

- Inspect workpieces to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production goals

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a CNC press brake operator

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

- High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Bystronic CNC press equipment

- Basic computer and math skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs)

- Regular walking, standing, stooping, and bending

- Must pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and physical screening

- Must wear required PPE
