About The Role

As part of Unitywater’s Billing Team, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of meter and account data to ensure smooth execution of the meter-to-cash process. This involves conducting detailed desktop investigations into account or billing issues, processing adjustments, and collaborating with field staff to validate meter readings and address exceptions.

You will manage escalated revenue assurance matters, digital meter data anomalies, and leak investigations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and clear communication. Your work will support both day-to-day operations and longer-term improvements in processes and systems.

This office-based role offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values high performance, open communication, and mutual support.

This is a part-time, maximum term opportunity (3 days per week) to work at our Maroochydore Head office concluding 31 March 2026.
