About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking 4-6 skilled and experienced building erectors as well as 2 field chiefs to run the crews. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the assembly and installation of Self Framing Buildings, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Out of town premiums apply to crews that choose to erect buildings out of town as well as profit sharing for all crew members at the end of each year.

Responsibilities

•

Assemble and erect metal building components according to project specifications and blueprints.

•

Operate man lift equipment safely and effectively to assist in the construction process.

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, fastening, and securing metal structures.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety protocols.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute construction plans.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

•

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as snips and grinders, relevant to metal building construction.

•

Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

•

Familiarity with caulking methods for sealing joints and gaps.

•

Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
