Summary: Responsible for mechanical aspects of projects from concept design to implementation as assigned. Provide customer support for new and existing equipment. Assist with quote development and open orders. Support creation of project documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the design and development of products and equipment for the company.
•Provides technical support, assisting the development of quotations and other customer support.
•Develops and maintains the bill of materials for portion of project assigned.
•Prepares drawings for the machining, fabrication, assembly and installation of projects.
•Collaborates with customers to determine manufacturer's dimensions and specifications as needed.
•Assists in the installation of equipment at customer site, as well as provides technical support for customers at the facility or in the field.
•Assists with creating project documents including BOMs, Cut Lists, Spare Parts Quotes and Owner’s Manuals.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
Minimum 2 years engineering experience required.
Machine design strongly preferred.
SolidWorks experience preferred.
AutoCAD experience a plus.
