Diagnose faults or failures to determine vital repairs.

Read and understand operating manuals.

Conduct proper inspections, testing, or repairs.

Perform routine maintenance, lubricate and clean equipment.

Operate recently repaired equipment to verify the competence of repairs.

Keep adequate records and maintain documentation in line with proper standards.
