The Maximo Operator Supervisor will be a vital member of the Maximo solar innovation business, responsible for operating the Maximo robot, the AI-enabled solar module installation robot developed by AES with its key industry partners. The Maximo Operator will also be responsible for operating heavy machinery, specifically skid steers and forklifts, within the context of solar construction projects.

A successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about their work, and eager to push the boundaries of what is currently achievable in the field. This mission-driven individual will be responsible for actively advancing, deploying, and executing module installations with MAXIMO.

This individual will assume the responsibility of operating machinery, handling materials, performing daily inspections, and collaborating closely with other team members. As an operator in the Maximo business, this position will work collaboratively across Maximo, including engineering, business leadership, and construction management, providing feedback, issues list, installation reports, and brainstorming solutions to be implemented on sites. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
