. This field leadership role will oversee our field services department and ensure work is assigned and completed. As the Operations Supervisor, you will interact with other local leaders, as well as customers. You will manage our meter shop and confirm work is being performed according to Company safety policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a team, have strong communication skills and construction/utility experience.

Manages the day-to-day operations of water and/or wastewater plant(s) in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
