YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Planning and Reliability Supervisor you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
•Coordinate Material Planner tasks and distribute workload
•Ensure Material Planners complete tasks safely and timely
•Serve as the single point of contact for planners and execution supervisors
•Ensure all parts are verified as to correctness, and amount before job is scheduled/executed
•Make warehouse runs to pick up parts for planned work and bring to proper staging area
•Kit all verified parts as to job and stage at appropriate areas for the execution of work
•Complete a cross-referencing of the Work Order Parts list to ensure what has been delivered in the kits match part numbers, quantities are correct for PCR & Routine Maintenance Work Scopes
•Verify that parts stage locations in the CMMS (SAP / JDE) are accurate
•Communicate status of parts orders with planners and execution personnel
•Collaborate with buyers and planners to fill all upcoming material demands for the next scheduling window availability
•Communicate direct issues and inventoried parts date availability during draft schedule review meetings
•Ensure all parts are received and follow up with vendors/buyers on back-ordered items
•Coordinate the transfer of parts between departments/areas to meet operational needs
•Execute parts inventory management processes to include conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pick up and delivery as well as stocking inventory
•Prepare unused parts and or cores for return to warehouse/vendors and deliver to warehouse for credit
•Create repair and return PREQs for all unused parts and cores as required
•Deliver all repair and return equipment with proper shipping papers to warehouse
•Clean, organize and maintain all parts laydown yards and staging areas
•Process warranty claims for Mobile Maintenance Stocked and Non-Stocked Items
•Responsible for shipping warranty and parts return to vendors
•Maintain a system for tracking warranty, repairs, and cores
•Regularly conduct random safety audits on material planner vehicles
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•Acute Attention to detail
•Minimum of 5 years of maintenance execution or planning
•Minimum of 2 years of supervision
•Analytical skills, ability to work with schedule forecasts and tracking software
•Strong time management skills required
•Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-paced environment
•Ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and logs Record, itemize, and tabulate data
•Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
•Computer skills, spreadsheets (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Power Point)
•SAP and or JDE experience
•Trained in forklift operation
•Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
•Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Your Work Schedule:
•Schedule: 4/3 schedule at our Detour Lake Mine
•Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada
