ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
Oversees the continuous enhancement of critical supply chain processes, with a strong emphasis on Security of Supply (SoS) and raw material inventory planning within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework. This role acts as a subject matter expert, offering strategic guidance, training, and tool support to ensure uniform application of risk management and inventory methodologies across various business lines. The advisor spearheads cross-functional initiatives to bolster supply chain resilience, supports significant growth projects through customized assessments, and ensures the effective execution of safety stock strategies. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison between supply chain, EMIT, and business stakeholders to align tools and processes with overarching enterprise goals.
- Oversee the corporate-wide SoS process, ensuring it aligns with business needs and risk management standards
- Deliver training and continuous improvement support for SoS methodologies and tools
- Implement SoS assessments in value chains where the process is not yet established and in new Major Growth Ventures, developing sustainment plans for future assessments
- Monitor process health and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement on processes and performance.
- 15 years relevant work experience in supply chain Oil & Gas Industry and/or Petro-Chemicals Industry
- Strong understanding of supply risk management, market dynamics, and value chain optimization
- Experience in the developing and/or executing S&OP/S&OE process
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Strong background in executing S&OP processes, especially for inbound materials
- Experience in process development, execution, and process health monitoring
- Coach, mentor, and motivate both within and outside the function
- Work effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Demonstrate initiative, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and effective planning and prioritization of activities
- Be an effective team player, interacting well with internal personnel, external third parties, and ExxonMobil affiliates worldwide
- Create clarity, particularly regarding the case for change, and exhibit effective change management and advocacy skills
- Show strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and interface with senior management, especially when presenting change
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing supply chain processes, particularly within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework
- Proven track record in implementing and managing Supply of Security strategies to ensure the continuous availability of critical materials
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and support major growth projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, particularly in presenting changes and aligning teams with strategic goals
