Material Coordinator I (Onsite: Odessa, TX)

The Material Coordinator I under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.

- Pay Rate: Up to $21.50/hour on W2, depending on experience

- Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.

- Shift Details: 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm till all jobs are completed

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations functions of the warehouse, including clean-up and housekeeping activities.

- Perform additional duties and activities as directed to support warehouse operations.

- Utilize handheld scanners for inventory management and order picking.

- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; training available for the right candidate.

- Enter data accurately into SAP and other systems as required.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations preferred.

- Experience with handheld scanners and lift truck certification is a plus.

- Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with SAP.

- Forklift experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Ability to use power tools and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
