The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing project schedules across On.Energy’s battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio. You will partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure accurate sequencing of activities, on‑time milestones, and proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements•Develop and maintain detailed master schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project, incorporating all project phases and cross‑functional dependencies
•Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule impacts; propose and implement recovery or acceleration options
•Coordinate with project managers, planners, and functional leads to collect timely progress updates and forecast schedule variances
•Monitor schedule performance, generate monthly and ad‑hoc reporting, and present clear insights to stakeholders
•Manage change‑control process for schedule updates, ensuring revisions are properly documented and communicated
•Support resource leveling by coordinating with resource managers to align manpower and equipment availability
•Conduct risk assessments related to project timelines and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership
•Train team members on scheduling standards, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
•5+ years of scheduling experience on large‑scale capital projects (5GW+ portfolios preferred)
•Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; strong Excel skills
•Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary schedules and perform critical path analysis
•Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present schedule data clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
•PMP or PSP certification
•Previous experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or utility‑scale construction projects
•Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and integrated project controls environments
•Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
