Progressive Rubber Industries is a leader in the manufacturing of abrasion and corrosion resistant components for the Mining, Aggregate and Power Industries. We have been in business in Kamloops BC, since 1997.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project & Production Scheduling:

•

Develop, coordinate, and maintain master production schedules that align with project timelines and daily manufacturing operations.

•

Integrate project schedules with day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions.

•

Establish and oversee short-term and long-term scheduling plans based on production capacity, material availability, and project deadlines.

•

Monitor and adjust job sequencing, resource allocation, and work orders to optimize production efficiency.

Workflow Optimization & Efficiency:

•

Streamline workflows on the production floor to reduce bottlenecks and maximize productivity.

•

Analyze production trends, capacity constraints, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

•

Work closely with production managers, project managers, supply chain teams, and engineers to synchronize schedules and resolve conflicts.

•

Communicate schedule changes, production delays, and material shortages to key stakeholders.

•

Join daily production meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and production targets.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

•

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, and resource utilization.

•

Analyze scheduling data and generate reports on production performance, capacity planning, and operational bottlenecks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
