Overview:

This role is with Pulice Construction, a subsidiary of FlatironDragados. Are you a creative communicator passionate about crafting and developing engaging stories across various platforms? As the Communications Manager, you will take the lead in developing and implementing our communication strategies. This includes planning and managing our employee communications, external communications and marketing communications programs to strengthen our brand.

What you will be doing:

•

Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all internal communication materials.

•

Meets with the business to gather input and information as needed

•

Serve as the corporate communications gatekeeper for social media inquiries

•

Represents the organization in various community and related industry organizations

•

Assist with the development of communications initiatives

•

Assist Managers in writing and editing fact sheets, press releases and other communications materials

•

Researches and develops copy for all types of communication projects including but not limited to articles, intranet copy, and internal communication materials

•

Manage company-wide communications

•

Supports the roll out of a wide variety of internal and external business initiatives, including acquisitions, etc.

•

Implement & maintain internal website

•

Experience in heavy civil proposal development process a plus

•

Develops and manages corporate communications strategies and branding.

What we are looking for:

•

Bachelors degree(s) preferred in: Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Media

•

Ability to lead a team of junior marketers

•

Ability to support multiple projects and platforms

•

Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward

•

Strong writing skills including business writing

•

Must have strong business acumen
