We specialize in boat maintenance, repair, and all marine services, ensuring our customers’ vessels operate at peak performance. We are looking for a skilled and certified Marine Technician to join our team! Mercury Marine Certification is a PLUS.Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of marine engines and systems, including outboard and inboard.

•

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems aboard vessels.

•

Conduct routine inspections and services, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

•

Provide exceptional customer service, clearly communicating repair needs and updates to clients.

•

Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory of parts.

•

Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.

•

Assist with maintaining the workshop, ensuring safety standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

•

Certification from a recognized marine technician program (e.g., Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki).

•

Mercury certification is preferred but not required.

•

5 years of experience working on marine engines and systems is preferred.

•

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

•

Must have your own tools. Specialty tools will be provided on-site.

•

Knowledge of marine electrical systems, propulsion systems, and HVAC systems.

•

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
