Job Description Summary

Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Responsible for Test/Cyber/HMI departmental process ownership. This includes definition of standard work, process innovation, technology implementation, and lean/5s application.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

•

Utilizes in-depth process knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

•

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others.

•

Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

•

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university or college and 2 years of experience in as supply chain or manufacturing environments.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Established project management skills.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $99,400-$130,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
