What You Will Do: As a Manager of System Services at Trico, the candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of underground utility locating activities, with a strong focus on schedule management and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising and directing field personnel, ensuring work is executed safely, accurately, and on time.

- An associate or technical degree in applicable field with five years’ experience in distribution electric operations.
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and managing underground utility locating operations.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Solutions (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) software systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Rural Utility Services (RUS) construction standards, rules, and regulations.
- Prior experience managing electric operations and field personnel within an electric utility environment.
- Knowledge of safety best practices and requirements and project coordination/planning.
- Knowledge of Electric Utility industry and Public Utility Commission regulations.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
