Leads team of professionals responsible for regulatory reporting requirements for PPL Corporation and its subsidiaries including PPL Electric Company (PPL Electric), Louisville Gas and Electric Company (LG&E), Kentucky Utilities Company (KU), and Rhode Island Energy (RIE). This includes the completion of regulatory reporting requirements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and applicable state agencies in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. Establishes effective internal controls over regulatory reporting. Assists in providing support for rate and other regulatory proceedings.
