Expected salary range of $130,500 to $145,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Quality Engineering Manager to oversee the entire quality lifecycle of our sales modernization area. This role is pivotal in ensuring that quality is a core component from the program's inception through to delivery. The ideal candidate will establish and manage right sized quality engineering processes that align with the organization's risk appetite, leveraging Agile/Hybrid methodologies and emerging AI tools for test script authoring. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the manager will ensure that high-quality products are delivered efficiently and effectively.
