Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves working closely with various departments to implement quality management systems, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
•Process Audits & Control
Conduct audits at each manufacturing stage to monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices (e.g., IEC 61215, ISO 9001) apna.co+2saurenergy.com+2saurenergy.com+2.
Oversee equipment calibration and panel testing (visual, electrical, PCE, EL, durability) to maintain quality consistency .
•Analyze data related to quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to enhance product quality.
•Ensure compliance with HACCP principles in food safety applications.
•Prepare documentation for quality assurance processes, including reports and corrective action plans.
•Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
•Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to product defects or non-conformance issues.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
•Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
•Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.
•Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
•Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
•Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members across various departments.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
