- Oversee customer service operations to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams across regions or departments.
- Direct end-to-end logistics operations including shipping, receiving, transportation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Establish relationships and negotiate contracts with carriers, 3PLs, and logistics vendors.
- Monitor and optimize freight spend, shipping schedules, and transit time to meet service-level targets.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and import/export regulations.
- Align logistics and customer service functions with broader business goals (sales, operations, finance).
- Lead initiatives to improve order fulfillment, reduce errors, and drive cost-efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and customer feedback to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Develop and manage department budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs.
- Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct
- Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices.
- Reviews purchase order claims, contracts, and invoices for conformance to company policy.
- EDUCATION: Bachelors’ Degree in Business or related field
- EXPERIENCE: 10+ years’ experience- LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: CPMS or alternative Supply Chain certificate is a plus
