General Description:

The Maintenance Manager reports to the Maintenance Director. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance management, ensuring that all equipment and systems are operational and in excellent condition. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that align with our company's goals while minimizing downtime and improving the overall efficiency of our operations. You will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing direction and support to enhance their skills and performance. Your role will also involve conducting regular inspections of equipment, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing budgets effectively to optimize resource allocation. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital as you will collaborate with various departments to understand their maintenance needs and respond accordingly.
