As a member of the Energy Management Product Operations Team, the Manager, Energy Management Product Delivery is
responsible for overall business operations, managing and providing leadership towards the day to day operations team
delivering BC Hydro’s Energy Management products and services for our customers and partners. They will manage the
operations delivery process from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation,
process adherence and communication with stakeholders. They are also responsible for tracking progress and making
adjustments as needed to ensure energy management product and service requirements are met and performance metrics
are on track. This people leadership role directly manages a team of Energy Management Operations MoveUp employees
and ensures the quality and timeliness of their work, adherence to standards and skill development.
