Manager, Data Analytics,

to lead reporting and analytics that drive critical people-related business decisions. This role partners with HR and Finance leadership to deliver insights for C-suite executives, manage labor cost analysis, and connect workforce metrics to financial performance.

What You'll Do

✅ Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for C-suite decision-making

✅ Analyze direct and indirect labor costs, providing trends and actionable insights

✅ Build reporting that aligns with and enhances financial statements

✅ Create and maintain analytics for benefit plan utilization and cost modeling

✅ Monitor and report on workforce performance metrics

✅ Lead cross-functional analytics projects, providing project management support

✅ Partner closely with HR and Finance colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency

✅ Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business data

️ What We're Looking For Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 7+ years of equivalent experience - 5+ years HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

- Benefit management experience a plus

- Proficiency with Power BI and advanced MS Office skills
