As Data Analytics Program Manager, you will enable Messer US to leap from data to data-driven decisions and analytics. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, OTC Analytics projects, leading high-profile initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and IS – Information Technology to ensure awareness, alignment, project management, commitment and while delivering business results via Analytics.

- Define and drive the Data & Analytics vision, architecture, and roadmap for the US Bulk Business.
- Lead the Sales & Marketing Data & Analytics agenda, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Performance, Customer Service, and OTC.
- Manage external analytics partners and ensure delivery excellence.
- Establish and promote standards and best practices in data governance, analytics tools, and methodologies.
- Provide internal consulting to business stakeholders to maximize the value of data and analytics.
- Oversee incident resolution and first-level support for analytics platforms via a team of skilled Data Analysts.
- Lead end-to-end project management for new analytics solutions in collaboration with IT and infrastructure teams.
- Actively contribute to the Business Intelligence Community, promoting strategic governance and capability development.
- Serve as a champion for data-driven decision-making, communicating the value of analytics across all levels of the organization.
- Optimize processes for data intake, validation, modeling, visualization, and delivery of actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Expertise in Databricks and SQL for scalable analytics solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science)
- 7+ years of experience supporting SAP BW 7.5- Experience in SAP Datasphere- SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) and SAP Analytics (SAC)
- Familiarity with SAP HANA
