Reporting directly to the SVP, Corporate Development, will work with the regional leadership to execute acquisition growth strategies for Azuria.
- Support M&A team with due diligence, analysis, valuation, writing the business proposals.
- Coordinate with financial sponsor and external buy-side advisors.
- Manage third-party advisors (legal, accounting, environmental, etc.) in the due diligence process.
- Coordinating post-acquisition integration with Operations, IT, HR, and Finance & Accounting teams.
- Special projects duties as required.- 3+ years of experience, ideally in a corporate development, consulting, strategic planning, or financial planning role.
- The candidate will have strengths in the areas of finance & accounting concepts, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Maturity, credibility, and unquestioned integrity.
- A high energy level, passion, and strong work ethic.
- Decisive, action-and result-oriented.
- Team player who is willing to make a significant contribution to the growth of the business.
- Excellent organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills.
