- Lead, empower, and manage a talented team of developers and administrators, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence.
- Drive innovation by championing emerging technologies and process improvements to enhance operational capabilities.
- Strategic collaboration by partnering with cross-functional leaders to align application roadmaps with business goals.
- Optimize performance by overseeing application lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system operations.
- Manage budgets and vendors while aligning financial planning with strategic initiatives and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Represent Colonial by engaging with industry groups to stay ahead of trends and share best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Ideally, 8+ years in software development, including 2+ years in management.- Experience in operations technology for critical infrastructure is a plus.
- Proficiency in .NET, React, TypeScript, Docker, GKE, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and cloud/on-premise environments.
- Proven ability to lead agile teams, manage change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Certifications: SCRUM Master, Google Cloud Digital Leader, Generative AI Leader.
