We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in industrial maintenance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automation systems.
- Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize diagnostic tools (multimeters, vibration analyzers, thermal imagers, etc.) for problem-solving.
- Support production teams by responding quickly to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Operate fork trucks, boom lifts, and telescoping booms for repairs,
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities setting.- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Fabrication and welding.
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, or noisy conditions as required.
- Able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
