We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Operator to join our team in our Clinton, OK facility. The ideal candidate is expected to support field equipment servicing and liquid product blending operations. This dual-role position offers hands-on work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Rig-up and maintain bulk tanks, transloading systems, and related field equipment.

- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site.

- Perform repairs or replacements of faulty units.

- Assist with transloading bulk materials from rail cars to trucks or silos.

- Support warehouse operations, including safe handling and loading of materials.

- Blend liquid mud products to precise specifications.

- Conduct mud checks and ensure product quality before dispatch.

- Monitor and roll storage tanks to prevent settling.

- Inspect motors, equipment, and tank levels.

- Deliver small loads and equipment to customer locations as needed.

- Performs all other duties as assigned by the operations manager or other company management.

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance.

- High school diploma or GED.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

- Basic computer and phone skills are a plus.
