Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to overall productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

- Preventative maintenance on manufacturing machines, equipment, and facilities.

- Repair and troubleshooting of machines, equipment, and facilities involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Relay logic

- Electrical troubleshooting — with and without schematics

- 480V 3-phase systems

- 120V and 24VDC control circuits

- Machine installation and hookup to electrical and pneumatic systems.

- Threading and fitting of pipe systems.

- Programmable Controller operation.

- Welding and mechanical fabrication of equipment.

- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

- Building construction and repair.

- ISO 9001 support.

- Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of machines and equipment associated with metal stamping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
