The Maintenance Technician I position is an Entry level position that will focus on mechanical integrity inspections and/or responsible for the day to day installation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment, under direct supervision. This position will interact with I&E Technicians, Measurement Technicians, and Lease Operators to maximize well production and end-user time, while reducing environmental hazards, safety risks, and costs.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma, G.E.D, or AAS or Vocational Certificate in a technical field required.

A minimum of one year of experience in a related role or an AAS or Vocational Certificate in a technical field.

Classification

Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Relocation

This position is not eligible for domestic relocation.

Travel Requirements

The percentage of travel anticipated for this position is 10% but may include overnight extended stays.

Work Environment

This job is predominately located in a field-operations-based environment with subject to seasonal field conditions ranging from normal to extreme temperature and weather conditions.

Work Schedule

This position may be required to work overtime, nights, weekends and some holidays based upon a predetermined work schedule. Must be available to work “on-call” on nights and weekends. Typical operations run 24/7. Schedule may vary based on Field Operations.
