Perform mechanical maintenance tasks to install, maintain and repair equipment/machinery throughout the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Perform mechanical tasks to equipment/machinery including changing belts, bearings and hydraulics

•

Perform equipment or machinery installations and repairs

•

Implement and administrator preventative maintenance on various machines

•

Other duties as assigned by manager such as snow removal and other facility tasks

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

•

High School Diploma or GED required

•

Trade school graduate/certification or equivalent experience

Working Hours

: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

•

Experience in manufacturing/industrial building maintenance

•

Heavy machine repair experience

•

Ability to work individually with minimal supervision or with a team

Physical Requirements:

•

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability necessary for sufficient mobility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach and twist; regularly push, pull, lift and/or carry light to moderately heavy objects and occasionally objects up to 100 pounds; requires a sense of touch, finger dexterity, and gripping with hands and fingers; ability to operate equipment. Vision: see in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction

Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday

•

Exposure to physical occupational risks such as cuts, abrasions, etc

•

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
