Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and upkeep across multiple rental properties in the Morgantown area. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to respond to both scheduled and emergency service needs
Duties
•Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
•Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
•Complete tenant service requests promptly and professionally
•Perform preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, gutter cleaning, smoke detector checks)
•Maintain landscaping, grounds, and common areas as needed
•Respond to emergency maintenance issues during and outside of regular business hours (on-call duties)
•Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
•Ensure properties are up to code and in compliance with safety regulations
•Rental unit turnovers and renovations
Skills
•2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
•Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
•Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.)
•Excellent time management and communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
