Maintenance Technician

This is a part time position responsible for repairing and maintaining the Condominium Association’s properties. Prefer at least two years of related general repair, custodial duties and handyman experience. Looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, who has a valid driver's license with their own transportation (traveling between condominiums within 5 miles). You will be responsible for ensuring that the property is safe and maintained properly, conduct routine visual inspections of the exterior and interior common areas of buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment.
