Maintenance Technician

Seeking a Make Ready Technician!

Maintenance Techs ensure that resident maintenance requests are fixed promptly and correctly the first time. To be considered, you must have one year of prior experience in this position. You must have basic tools. Techs also help prep and paint apartments when they become vacant to make them ready for move ins.

You will service multiple buildings close to UTEP and/or on Yarbrough, so a valid driver’s license and car with insurance is a must.
