We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, along with experience in facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and maintaining various systems while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.

•

Perform repairs on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.

•

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

•

Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance strategies.

•

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, demonstrating strong customer service skills.

•

Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required.

•

Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

•

Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

•

Proficient in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

•

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems.

•

Strong background in facilities maintenance with the ability to read and interpret schematics.

•

Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.

•

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary.

•

Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
