The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. This role ensures equipment reliability, reduces downtime, and supports a safe and efficient working environment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to minimize equipment interruptions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures.
- High school diploma, technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Experience with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
- Basic computer skills to complete work orders and maintenance logs.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends or overtime.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on technical aptitude and attention to detail.

- $17.50 USD per hour.
