Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – 3rd shift Weekly Bonus

The Position: We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- Direct work experience in Industrial Maintenance

- Predictive maintenance knowledge and utilization

- Basic knowledge of 24VDC up to 480VAC

- General knowledge of simple mechanical fundamentals

- Problem solving/critical thinking skills

Experience preferred:

- Knowledge of VFD's and other Controllers

- In depth knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics

- Ability to fabricate using stick or mig welder

- Fundamentals of PLC troubleshooting

- Use of precision measurement tools (micrometers & calipers)

- Ability to read schematics for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics

Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on support through troubleshooting equipment faults to diagnose problems and complete repairs

- Perform preventative maintenance on all Production and Building systems

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
