- Responsible for the safe and efficient repair and maintenance of equipment within the assigned asset. This position will report to the Production Manager at the Yates Field Unit.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities
- Develop material take-offs
- Ensure all EHS procedures and practices are followed while carrying out tasks
- Diagnose and work to resolve problems
- Plan and schedule work activities
- Maintain good standing with all required training
- Knowledge of construction standards and O&M procedures
- Must have completed at least one (1) year at Maintenance Tech 2 or industry equivalent
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by the company and a current, valid State driver’s license
- Subject to random drug testing
- Proficient with assigned core computer programs
- Follow work procedures independently on less routine/daily tasks or more complex equipment/processes
- Ability to work from written or verbal instructions
- Proficient at operation of necessary equipment
- Ability to properly prioritize tasks
- Identify problems
- Act as mentor for less experienced employees
- Have the ability to train others
- Primarily outside work
- Frequently lift and carry, unassisted, items weighing up to 50 pounds

Above the minimum requirements; not required but advantageous in this position:
- Cover relief operating should short staffing occur
- Assist other field assets as needed
- Non compliance with safety rules
- Non completion of required training within time frame required
- Being on a corrective action plan within the past 12 months
- One or more “Does not meet expectations” on yearly performance evaluation
- Failure to maintain licenses and certifications necessary for job task
