Welspun has immediate openings for Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical
Welspun’s Little Rock facilities are state-of-the-art and one of its kind in technology for producing pipes for the oil and gas industry. The HFW mill is a fully automatic and integrated mill capable of producing pipes ranging in diameter 6 5/8th inches to 20” and wall thickness from 0.158” to 0.551”.

Job Summary: Position requires thorough knowledge of electrical & Electronic design and engineering techniques, as well as maintenance skills. Responsible for planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and standards.
Ideal Candidate will have the following Skills:
· Trouble shooting day to day maintenance in the plant.
· Successfully implementing maintenance and reliability systems throughout the plant: PM, TPM, Work Place Organization, etc.
· Training of Engineers, and Technicians related to Maintenance techniques, Job Safety Analysis, Lockout & Tags etc.
· Suggest / implement equipment project improvements for process efficiency.
· Implement OSHA standards in work culture to achieve zero recordable injury
· Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
· Direct maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
· Maintain the clean & safe work environment.
· Maintain electrical spares for preventive & breakdown maintenance.
· Monitors & maintains electrical schedule and electrical personnel attendance.
Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. With five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
