Maintenance Supervisors (Day Shift) – Central Services Dept. or Automation team

We are looking for two Maintenance Supervisors to lead a team of tradespersons in executing unplanned maintenance activities safely and efficiently within the Site Central Services Dept. or the Automation team. The Site Central Services Dept. is a new team that will provide shared maintenance resources across the Aluminum Smelter site. As we expand and strengthen our leadership team, these roles will play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives through best practices, safety focus, and team engagement.

This role is a great opportunity for a safety-oriented and enthusiastic leader to drive and optimize operational performance in a fast-paced work environment.

The base salary range for this role is $98,560 - $147,840 CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary benefits offered at Rio Tinto. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
