Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shiftto lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining and improving equipment reliability for our distribution transformer manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, optimize resources, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, labor allocation, and equipment access.
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and maintain a clean, secure work environment.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions.
- Track and improve key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization and schedule compliance.
- Manage inventory of critical parts, tools, and consumables.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience, OR
- Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience.
- Previous leadership experience with high-performance teams.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and safety compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work all shifts and occasional weekends.
