Position Overview:
We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC. This position is key to driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and growing our HVAC maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC services sales, specifically in maintenance contracts, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients to sell HVAC maintenance services and contracts.
•Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and propose customized HVAC maintenance solutions.
•Present and negotiate maintenance service agreements with clients, ensuring services align with their business objectives and budget.
•Identify opportunities for additional HVAC services or upgrades within existing client accounts.
•Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
•Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
•Provide ongoing client support, follow up on services provided, and ensure contract renewals.
•Stay current on HVAC technologies, trends, and industry standards to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
•Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and systems.
Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on maintenance service agreements.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, services, and maintenance needs for commercial clients.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
