Position Summary:

The Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative drives our recurring revenue. You’re not here to take orders — you’re here to hunt. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close commercial maintenance agreements that lock in long-term clients and keep their systems running.

You’ll own the relationship. You’ll own the numbers. You’ll own your success.

What You’ll Do:* Prospect and close new maintenance clients in the Greater Philadelphia area

What You’ll Bring:* Bachelor’s in business, construction management, engineering, or similar preferred

Physical Demands:* Frequent travel to job sites, client offices, and trade events

Working Conditions:* Indoors and outdoors — from rooftops to boiler rooms
