Position Summary:
The Maintenance Planner will report to Manger of Operational Excellence. This individual will work closely with the District Operations Manager, Production Managers, and Plant Managers to manage preventative maintenance, analyze data, and streamline data entry to centralize the heavy equipment maintenance program. This position will cover the Carolina Region and East Tennessee.
Responsibilities:* Schedule PM activities to optimize asset life and pursue world class PM service factor, including the management of the PM Service program
•Assist with maintenance activity scheduling including organizing labor, parts and materials
•WO and PO entry to ensure proper asset cost tracking
•Utilize CORE, Tableau and operational data to assist with planning and forecasting
•CORE and JDE maintenance super-user, providing data entry audits and training
•Assist with reviewing and monitoring oil sample reports and condition monitoring alerts
•Support with district fixed and mobile maintenance assessments
•Assist in large project management e.g., mobile rebuilds, CAPEX – including data collection, scheduling, organization, and procurement
•Assist with vendor relationships including KPI tracking, quarterly meetings, etc.
•Support district BU’s as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Systems mastery to support and train internal customers (JDE, CORE, Tableau, Go Canvass, Fuel Master, etc..)
•Work across district and function and prioritize based on value added
•Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of application
•Present information in digestible form to aid in decision making
•Build relationships with internal customers and vendors
•Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision

Requirements:* Commitment to World Class Safety
•Strong analytical skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, data visualization software, etc.
•Project management experience preferred
•Background in heavy mining mobile equipment
•2 years managing a preventative maintenance program or equivalent experience
•Overnight travel as required
