Maintenance

Project July 20th-August 20th

Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm andnSaturday 10 am - 5pm

· Assist in the turnover process in all units.

· Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in a interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.

Examples of duties include:

· Picking up trash on the grounds

· Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs

· Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning

· Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas

· Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to read and write English fluently.

· Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.

· Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
